Fast and excellent service in an emergency! Dave was extremely responsive in helping us out. We were locked out of our home and needed access to medication inside. Dave adjusted his schedule and was at our home within 30 minutes. He quickly got us access. He is professional and his pricing is more than fair. We highly recommend their service.
These people are awesome, just had one of their locksmiths (Lee) out here in Belvidere Illinois to cut and program new key for our 2014 CRV and he was so quick and professional. They saved me some money and came right to the house, how great is that! HONEST WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about Elite Safe & Lock. I spent HOURS trying to get through to someone at the Kia dealership, just to get a price on a replacement key for my car. At that point, I decided to just contact a locksmith instead. I chose Elite Safe & Lock because they were the only locksmith in the Janesville area with a 5 star review. And I was not disappointed ONCE with their service. Dave answered the phone on practically the first ring, he was extremely kind, and he assured me that he would be able to help. Within just a couple hours, he had a replacement key ordered and as soon as the key came in, he came out to cut it and program the key fob. I’m so glad I contacted them instead of letting the dealership give me the runaround… Dave saved me so much time, spared me a major headache, and was able to do the job for cheaper than what the dealership would have charged. Highly recommend!!!!
I CANNOT say a bad word about Elite Safe and Lock! They are absolutely amazing!!! After 4 failed attempts from other companies at making my house key I called them and he came to my home and was able to make not one, but 3 keys for me! You can call or text, which is convenient, communication was great! Pricing will beat anyone! Very nice gentleman! Thank you!

My wife and I bought a newer car and it only came with one key fob so we called Elite safe and lock they came out right away and programed us a spare! Highly recommend, no hassle, and very professional!
I called Elite safe and lock late on Friday night when my wife locked her keys in her car, they were able to come out right away and get us into the car. They were also able to make a spare key for the Honda while on site for half the cost of the dealership. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I’d recommend them to anyone!
